The Village was first established over 20 years ago and would have been a high standard resort style site at the time. It has to be one of the best, if not the best, location in Perth or even Australia. Obviously after 20 years things get a bit tired and dated. With that in mind the Board of Management in more recent times have embarked on a major upgrade of Village facilities and have raised the bar on the standard of unit refurbishments. You just have to measure the standard of our units with any other village, new or old, and we believe our product is a very high standard and fitting the location. One thing that will never date is the location, views and sense of space.
