FEES EFFECTIVE 1st July 2011

Villa & Apartment Common Service Fee  for 2011/12                    $417.00 per month

            Apartment Additional Service Fee for 2011/12                    $110.00 per month  

Excludes LGA Rates, Household Water Rates, Gas & Electricity & Home Phone
