The Executive Manager, Kevin Bown, is responsible for the day
to day management of the Village. Kevin has had extensive experience in
the aged care and retirement sector for over 25 years.
There are
six, full-time staff members and a number of part-time employees
responsible for maintenance, gardening, domestic services, kitchen work
and care, and the Village's administration areas.
The Executive
Manager is also responsible for refurbishing units to the highest
fit-out standard and in conjunction a range of builders and designers,
as well as keeping the Board fully apprised at all times.
Kevin Bown and his team are very customer-focused and operate an 'open door' management system and available.
As
part of this strong commitment to meeting residents' needs, Kevin is
available to them either in the office or on his direct phone number.
Resident
Satisfaction Surveys are held annually and consistently rate the staff
very highly and offer consistently complimentary feedback.
