Besides
our unique style of care services, there are many ways in which we
provide an exceptional standard of help and support for the resident and
provide that comfort for the family.
Our housekeeping services available on a user-pays basis
These include:
- Personal laundry use as required.
- A
weekly household laundry service which includes laundering of sheets,
towels, tablecloths, tea towels and any bed change needed.
- Thorough cleaning as required by our staff.External and internal window cleaning.
Our meals service
Meals
are available from our Seaview Restaurant for lunch 3 days a week or
delivered to your unit, prepared by our on-site experienced chef.
The
Friday Lunch is very popular with our fish day and selection of salads
with yummy desserts and cakes. Sunday is traditional roast and very
popular family day. Wednesday is variety day and still served with the
quality you would expect.
Prices are well below
normal restaurant dining and you don’t have to drive. Invite your
family and friends to your place and have someone do all the work for
you.
Evening meal can be arranged, generally a
snack. The Shop has a range of meals that can also be used and prepared
in your unit by our staff.
A breakfast
consisting of a choice of cereals, juice, toasting bread and condiments
can be supplied to the Villas and Apartments, as requested.
Those
on a special diet are specifically catered for and arrangements can be
made in consultation with the catering and care staff.
Other special services
Our
on-site gardening and maintenance teams are available to assist with
those tasks that you can’t quite manage. Just lodge a request to
reception.
