Projects

Since 2008, Ocean Gardens has undertaken some significant upgrades to the facilities including:-

Function room, restaurant, reception and provision of new coffee lounge area with external decking
New swimming pool, gym, changerooms together with new bar area and bbq deck.
New library

Current projects being completed include:-

Refurbishing the common areas of apartment blocks
Upgrading the toilet facilities in the central building

Besides the building works that have been undertaken, we have also been upgrading the gardens from high maintenance areas to more sustainable plantings and enhancing the vista within and around the village.

Extensive garden upgrades have been done from Kalinda Drive and front entry toVillage Centre and Deck, including new reticulation system.

The Palm Garden, including fish pond has also been upgraded to present a wonderful and relaxing area to enjoy. The sitting area is surrounded by arange of citrus trees and herbs growing for the benefit of the residents.

There are plans to continue the gardens upgrades and redo the whole village and will be an ongoing process for 2-3 years at this stage.
