For the past 3
years, we have been undertaking an extensive refurbishment policy that
has transformed an older style interior layout to a modern, spacious
look and feel to over 80 villas and apartments.
There’s an
imaginative mix of luxurious Villas from which to select and many have
been fully refurbished to a high standard. Inside you’ll find all the
built-in cupboard space and commonsense design features you would expect
and many important extras which will come as a delightful surprise.
Chief
amongst these are the first-class kitchen fitouts with quality
appliances, the high-quality bathroom fixtures and fittings, and the
amazing city and/or ocean and/or garden views available from many of the
Villas.
There are five basic Villa designs offering a variety of
appealing and practical configurations and room layouts, with either
one, two or three bedrooms, some with a study. And each Villa has its
own undercover parking area close by.
The apartments are located
in four separate blocks all linked with undercover walkways with lifts
for access between the two levels of living.
Recently we have completed an extensive refurbishment of the common areas that now just exude class.
There
is a selection of either one or two bedroom units with a variety of
layouts and aspects. Superbly fitted out, they are ideal for residents
that want to be close to everything, including care services.
Ocean
Gardens offers our villa residents a unique opportunity to relocate
within the village by moving from their villa to an apartment if they
feel their mobility is a concern. This relocation can be done without
having to pay anymore to move. It is a service and opportunity we
provide to ensure our residents can live in the village for as long as
they can.
